1.- Delivery
Delivery of the goods will take place at the address specified by the buyer.
Before completing the order purchase, users will easily see how the charges break down for each concept in the shopping cart checkout. In case the purchase includes products from different brands, these may be delivered in different shipments
3.- Delivery times
The standard delivery times appear on each product’s page. Delivery usually takes 8-15 business days. In case the ordered product has any special meausures, the usual delivery time wil be extended to 20-30 bussiness days.
4.- Schedule delivery and additional services
Our shipping service will call you to confirm when delivery will take place. The courier will call you prior to your delivery to confirm the appointment.
Removal service: (only available with assembly)
At the time of placing your order, you may require your old mattress* or bed base* to be removed. The cost of this service is €20 per item. At the time of requesting the removal, you should indicate the number of items to be removed from inside your property. Please note that, no items related to your mattress and bed base other than the same you purchased will be removed.
After removal, items will be taken to an approved Waste Management Facility.
Assembly and Installation service only available in the Costa del Sol area .
If each bed is purchased with a mattress together the service is provided free of charge
At the time of delivery, the user should make sure the courier delivers all the goods without removing the hygienic plastic packaging
Returns
The period for the exercise of the right of withdrawal of the purchase of orders made online is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. The product must be in perfect conditions and be accompanied by its original packaging and purchase invoice.
The exceptions to this right of withdrawal by type of product purchased are:
- Customized products, which have been manufactured according to the exact indications of the consumer, by customization of product based on measurement requirements, color, fabric, type of lid and type of opening, fixed and lift up bases, electrical sets, upholstered bases and headboards.
- Sealed goods which are unfit for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, preventing the trader from taking measures that enable him to put it back on the market without contravening health and hygiene protection obligations, such as: pillows, mattresses, covers, protectors, sheets, duvet covers, duvet bags, duvet fillers… In this sense, any good that is delivered sealed and in which it is not necessary the handling of the packaging by the customer to determine the nature, characteristics and good functioning of the product, cannot be returned.
The right to withdraw from the contract shall apply exclusively to those products which are returned under the same conditions as they are received. No refund shall be made in cases where the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, where the product is not in the same condition as delivered or where it has suffered any damage. The return of the item must include all original wrappers, instructions and other documents that may accompany it.
